wah! answered my first few calls today under training n supervision. hahaha~ crap lor!! i got scolded on my first call. its not that i done anyting wrong. its juz that that stupid fella cannot accept tiger's Terms and Conditions. not as if i set them. he scolded me and demanded to see the tiger manager. like hell. its a call centre not as if we have a manager for him to see. who does he tink he is to see the manager! crap! i even offered to fax his appeal to head office lor! idiot leh. 2nd call also got scolded by an ang mo! WAH BUDGET AIRLINE LEH! she expect that she can place her golf set for like free on board ar? SIAO! BUDGET CAN? $25 to place your sports equipment per sector is reasonable taking that she booked a cheap flight. COMPLAIN SOME MORE! ass!! hahaha
even yinghui my mentor who tapped my calls laughed when i was on the line.. i was like SUEYY la.. first few calls only.. crap! hahas. she is a multi-tasker. when she received Macdonalds call, i could not answer so she took over.. HAHAHA congrets to her. she had a crazy customer too la! some sleepy girl who odered breakfast. she made payment via VISA. after that. she decided to change her medium coke to a large one. lOL!!! making yinghui go through so much trouble. voiding the payment. changing the order. wah so crap! LOL!
people these days so spoilt larh! cant they make work easier for us! LOL!
